A Weekend with the Food Network Stars - Courtney Clark and Michelle Bommarito
Join two Food Network Cake Challenge Champions in a class that is the first of its kind!!! In this unique class you will have the opportunity to spend one full day with each instructor. Spend a day with Courtney learning how to make her spectacular gigantic cupcake cakes and a day with Michelle creating a beautiful romantic wedding cake, drapery, elegant scroll design, three-dimensional sugar flowers... the works!!

Michelle Bommarito - Antique Book Cake
Michelle Bommarito is a true Pastry Chef. She loves her job and loves to inspire others. She is highly recognized in the industry having worked at the world renowned Waldorf Astoria Hotel and for Martha Stewart Living. Join Michelle as she teaches you not only how to create a beautiful looking cake but also a fabulous tasting one! In this class Michelle will show you how to make Swiss Meringue butter cream as well as her famous white chocolate dough. She'll share cake baking tips and work with you to carve and sculpt your own cake. Then with the tricks you have learned you'll create your own antique stacked book cake.
All materials will be supplied. Lunch to be provided each day.

In September 2004, Bommarito had the honor of being Athlete Michael Jordan’s Personal Chef during his week long visit for the 35th Ryder Cup held at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
To this day, it is one of Bommarito’s favorite experiences.
